Usage. All quantities and limits above are per month. Where a quantity is stated “in thousands,” the monthly limit is the stated number multiplied by 1,000 (for example, an entry of 1,000 means 1,000,000 tokens). If Customer requires additional volume, the applicable monthly limit may be increased by mutual written agreement (email sufficient) at pricing proportional to the totals above, unless otherwise agreed. Unused monthly volume does not roll over.

Agreement. This Order Form is governed by, and incorporates by reference, the mosaic.ai Master Service Agreement ("MSA") and Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") available at https://www.mosaic.ai/legal, as of the Effective Date (together with this Order Form, the "Agreement"). By signing below, Customer agrees to the Agreement and represents that the signatory has authority to bind Customer. In the event of conflict, the order of precedence is: (1) this Order Form, (2) the DPA, (3) the MSA.

No auto-renewal. The Service Term ends on expiration unless renewed by a new Order Form. Effective Date means the date of the last signature below. Service Start Date means the date stated above (or, if blank, the Effective Date), on which the Service Term and billing commence.

Rescission window. Customer elects a rescission window of sixteen (16) days from the Effective Date (check box to elect). If elected, Customer may rescind the Agreement by written notice to mosaic.ai within that window if, following review of the MSA or DPA, Customer does not accept their terms. Upon rescission before the Service Start Date, the Agreement is void, neither party will have further obligations, and any fees paid will be refunded. Except as provided in this paragraph, signing this Order Form is binding as of the Effective Date.
